Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement is drawn up between the SELLER, whose details are provided below, and the BUYER, in order to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of products or services conducted electronically.
This agreement is prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and shall enter into force once approved electronically by the BUYER.

Buyer Information

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER agrees to pay the price of the product/service ordered and any additional charges, if applicable.
Subject and Scope of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the sale, delivery, and conditions of use of the product or service ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website or electronic platform.
The BUYER declares that they have been informed about the main features, price, payment, and delivery details of the product or service prior to placing the order and that they accept these terms.
Listed prices include all applicable taxes, and unless otherwise stated, shipping costs shall be borne by the BUYER.
Order and Payment Terms
By confirming the order electronically, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted the payment obligation.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other alternative payment methods.
Orders for which payment has not been completed will not be processed, and the SELLER reserves the right to cancel such orders.
Once the order is confirmed, an order confirmation will be sent to the BUYER’s provided email address.
Delivery and Shipping Conditions
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the BUYER, within a maximum of 30 days.
The BUYER has the right to cancel the order until it is handed over to the shipping company.
At the time of delivery, the product should be checked to ensure it is complete and undamaged.
In case of damaged or incomplete delivery, a report must be filed with the courier, and the SELLER must be contacted as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The BUYER accepts that the SELLER shall not be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date without providing any reason.
To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
Returns must include the invoice and any accessories, if available.
Return shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.
Refunds under the right of withdrawal will be made using the original payment method within 10 business days after the product is received by the SELLER.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For service purchases, if the service has begun with the BUYER’s approval, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
- Customized or personalized products
- Underwear, cosmetics, or personal care items which cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons
- Digital content, e-books, software programs, and online services
- Perishable goods or products with a short expiration date
Product Exchange and Return Conditions
The BUYER may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
In cases of defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.
Exchanges will be processed with the same or equivalent product, depending on stock availability.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Custom-made or special order products that are not in stock are not eligible for exchange.
Force Majeure and Delivery Delays
In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or strikes, delivery may be delayed.
In such cases, the BUYER may request order cancellation or accept a delayed delivery.
If the order is canceled, the payment will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER’s place of residence will be authorized.
Turkish law shall apply to all matters related to this agreement.
Entry into Force
By completing a purchase electronically, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
